Serata Perfetta was born from a simple question that ruins half of Italy's Saturday evenings: so, what are we doing tonight?
Our mission
Planning a night out in Rome or any major Italian city means opening five different apps: one for restaurants, one for cinemas, one for concerts, one for museums, one to check the weather. Then you have to make sure the places are close enough, fit your budget, and are open that evening. Half an hour later, you usually end up at a pizzeria without ever really choosing.
Serata Perfetta does all of this for you in five seconds. Pick a budget, a city and the kind of evening you have in mind: the generator builds a complete plan of three or four compatible activities, with real restaurants, events and venues open that night, with direct links to book or buy tickets.
It's not a directory, it's not a blog. It's a tool that turns the choice into a concrete, editable proposal.
What makes us different
Data updated daily
Every night our systems update the events database by consulting public sources and official feeds from TicketOne, Ticketmaster, Fever and over 20 other circuits. You'll never see a last-week event.
Plans, not lists
We don't hand you an endless list: we propose a ready-made evening, with consistent timing, distances and budget. If something doesn't convince you, swap the single activity with one click.
Local context
Restaurants and venues are picked by cross-referencing curated guides (Michelin, zero.eu, puntarellarossa) with real-time Google data. Every city has its character.
Collaborative mode
Share the plan with friends: everyone votes thumbs up or down, can propose alternatives and the group decides together. No more endless chats with ten copied links.
Behind the scenes
Serata Perfetta is an independent project run by a small team of two people:
- Fabio MiceliFounder, developer and platform lead. Writes the code, maintains the infrastructure, manages partnerships and curates editorial content.
- Vartan MercadantiDesign review and curation. Tests every new feature, reviews the interface from the end-user's perspective and meticulously selects the best venues and events to suggest.
There's no ten-person newsroom, there are no investors: everything you see is built and maintained with obsessive attention to data quality and zero compromise on intrusive advertising.
The site launched in Rome at the end of 2025 and during 2026 was extended to Milan, Florence and Naples. For anything - reports, feedback, collaboration proposals - write to serataperfetta@gmail.com.
How we're funded
The service is and will remain free for users. We sustain ourselves through transparent affiliate programs: when you book an experience on Viator or GetYourGuide, a ticket on TicketOne or Ticketmaster, a museum visit on Tiqets or Hellotickets, we get a small commission from the partner - at no extra cost to you.
We don't sell your data, we don't show aggressive pop-ups, we don't prioritize a restaurant because it pays us more. Suggested activities are picked by the algorithm based on budget, distance and evening type, exactly as a local friend who knows the city would recommend.
