Terms of Service

By using the site serataperfetta.it (hereinafter "the Site") you fully accept these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any of the conditions, please do not use the Site.

Serata Perfetta is an automatic evening plan generator for Italian cities. The Site aggregates publicly available information on events, restaurants, cinemas, venues and tourist experiences, and combines them into personalized proposals based on the budget, theme and city chosen by the user.

The service is free and does not require signup. User preferences and favorites are saved locally in the browser (localStorage).

The displayed data (events, prices, hours, availability, descriptions) is collected automatically from third-party sources (TicketOne, Ticketmaster, Fever, Eventbrite, Google Places, venue official sites, etc.) and updated daily. We do our best to guarantee data quality, but we cannot guarantee complete accuracy, freshness or availability at all times.

Before buying a ticket, booking a table or visiting a venue, we recommend that you always verify on the official sites hours, prices and availability.

Serata Perfetta is not responsible for cancelled, modified, sold-out events or events with incorrect information reported by sources. In case of discrepancies, the information published by the official organizer prevails.

Some links on the Site are affiliate links. This means that if you buy a ticket or book an experience through these links, the Site receives a small commission from the partner (Viator, GetYourGuide, TicketOne via Awin, Ticketmaster via Impact.com, Fever via Impact.com, Tiqets via Awin, Hellotickets, Musement, Eating Europe, VivaTicket).

The price for you stays the same. The commission is paid by the partner, not added to your purchase. Algorithm-generated suggestions are not influenced by the presence or absence of an affiliate link: activities are selected solely based on budget, distance, theme and availability.

All purchases, bookings or transactions happen on partner sites and are governed by those partners' terms and conditions. Serata Perfetta is not a party to such transactions and is not responsible for:

• Ticket purchases (refunds, cancellations, replacements);
• Restaurant or experience bookings;
• Quality of service provided by the venue or event organizer;
• Payments, billing, disputes on the partner site.

For questions related to a purchase, contact directly the partner where you made the transaction.

The name "Serata Perfetta", the logo, the graphics, the editorial texts and the Site code are proprietary. They cannot be copied, reproduced or reused commercially without written authorization.

Partner images, logos and trademarks (TicketOne, Ticketmaster, Fever, Viator, etc.) belong to their respective owners and are used exclusively for informational purposes, in the context of affiliate links.

Event descriptions, when downloaded from third-party sources, retain the copyright of their respective authors and are shown for informational purposes with a link to the original source.

The user agrees to use the Site exclusively for personal and non-commercial purposes. It is forbidden to:

• Copy or resell aggregated data from Serata Perfetta;
• Automatically scrape the Site or APIs;
• Attempt to access restricted sections or bypass security measures;
• Use the Site for unlawful or fraudulent activities;
• Publish defamatory, offensive or illegal content through contact forms or collaborative voting.

Collaborative mode lets you share a generated plan and collect votes and proposals from friends. No signup is required: the user picks a name (even a fictitious one) saved locally in the browser.

We reserve the right to remove votes, proposals or comments containing offensive language, illegal content, spam or abuse attempts.

The Site is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Serata Perfetta will not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Site, including (by way of example):

• Expenses incurred as a result of inaccurate event information;
• Dissatisfaction with a venue or experience recommended by the algorithm;
• Temporary service interruptions or data unavailability;
• Loss of data saved locally in the browser.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect on the date of publication on the Site. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page indicates when the last revision occurred. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute arising from or related to the Site, the Court of Rome has exclusive jurisdiction, subject to the application of mandatory rules in favor of the consumer.
