How It Works
Serata Perfetta isn't a search engine: it's a generator. You tell it what you're looking for, and it proposes a ready-made evening, editable activity by activity.
The three steps
Pick budget, city and theme
Two tiers: Easy Night (up to 80 euros) or Epic Night (over 80 euros). Choose the city among Rome, Milan, Florence or Naples and pick the mood: romantic, adventure, first date, friends night out, club night, or leave "generic" for a free mix.
The algorithm builds the plan
In five seconds the algorithm selects three or four real activities, open that night, compatible by type, budget and distance. Restaurants, events on tour, cinemas, venues, museums, experiences: the mix depends on the theme and the data available for that date.
Edit, share, book
Every activity can be swapped with one click if it doesn't convince you, without starting over. You can share the plan via link, vote together with the group, save favorites. Tickets and bookings happen directly on the official sites.
Available themes
Each theme is a preset that changes the algorithm's selection rules.

Romantic
Curated dinner + intimate experience + cocktail or final walk. Ideal for anniversaries or date nights.

First Date
Restaurants chosen for atmosphere (no fast food, no noisy spots), with theater or exhibition as icebreaker.

Adventure
Escape room, bowling, go-kart, laser tag: active experiences for those who don't want to sit all evening.

Friends Night
Balanced mix of dinner, group activities and after-dinner. Designed for groups of three or more.

Club Night
Cocktail bar or quick dinner + selection of tonight's clubs. Optimized for Saturdays.

Surprise Me
Random theme picked by the algorithm. Useful when you don't even want to decide that.

How we pick activities
The algorithm starts from the budget and spreads it across the three or four activities of the plan, leaving room for an after-dinner or unexpected stop. It applies simple but important rules:
- Never two activities of the same type (we don't propose two dinners).
- Never two activities from the same related group (no cinema and theater on the same night).
- If it rains, we exclude outdoor events (rooftops, open-air cinemas, outdoor festivals).
- If you enabled "Near Me", all activities are within 5 km of you.
- Fast food restaurants are excluded from romantic and first-date evenings.
- Concerts and comedy shows only appear in the homepage carousels, not in the generator.
Where the data comes from
Every night, between 6 and 8 a.m., our systems automatically consult publicly available sources to update the database. We don't invent anything: every event you see is published by organizers on their official channels, and purchase links always point to the original ticket office.
Events and concerts: TicketOne, Ticketmaster, Fever, ticket circuits and public feeds of the main venues (Auditorium, Casa del Jazz, MAXXI, city theaters and over 20 other sources)
Restaurants: Michelin Guide, curated industry guides, Google Places for real-time data (hours, reviews, coordinates)
Cinema: Official schedules from cinema circuits (UCI, The Space, indie theaters) + film metadata from TMDB
Tourist experiences: Viator (official API, 8000+ Rome products), GetYourGuide, Tiqets, Hellotickets, Musement, Eating Europe - all affiliate partners
Weather: OpenWeatherMap (excludes outdoor events if rain is forecast)
Collaborative mode
When you generate a plan you get a short link (8 characters) you can send to friends. Opening it, anyone can:
- Vote thumbs up or down on every activity.
- Propose an alternative: the algorithm generates a different option, the group votes.
- If two people vote in favor of a proposal, it replaces the original for everyone.
Is it free? Any limits?
Yes, the service is completely free. No signup, no limit on the number of plans, no paid features.
The only monetization is affiliate commissions on tickets and experiences booked through our links. The price for you is always the same.
Dinner near the cinema
Picking a film and want to eat before or after? Serata Perfetta finds restaurants, cocktail bars and wine bars near the screen you chose, indoor or open-air.
- 1Choose the cinema (an indoor screen or an open-air summer arena) from the menu in the Cinema section of the calendar.
- 2Tell us what kind of venue you want (restaurant, cocktail bar or wine bar) and your preferred cuisine, if any.
- 3We generate a shortlist of venues just steps from the cinema, so you don't have to cross the city after the movie.
