What to do tonight in Rome, Milan and Florence

Serata Perfetta was born from a simple idea: organizing an evening in the city should not take forty minutes between Google Maps, Instagram and WhatsApp groups. You just need a budget, a city and a theme; we do the rest, putting together nearby activities that are consistent in atmosphere and within the price you chose.

A tailored evening, not a list

The difference between Serata Perfetta and a traditional guide is the plan. When you pick "romantic dinner" or "night out with friends", the algorithm does not return a list of three hundred restaurants: it proposes a complete evening with a restaurant, a second venue (cocktail bar, jazz club or theater depending on the theme) and, if the budget allows, an extra experience or an event for the night.

The selected activities are geographically close, so you can move on foot or with a short ride, and diversified by type: you never find two restaurants in the same plan. If a suggestion does not convince you, regenerate it with a click and the algorithm looks for an alternative that replaces that single tile without breaking the rest.

Data updated every night

Every night, at 6 AM, our systems update the events database by consulting over twenty sources: TicketOne via Awin feed (about 2000 events in Rome, 1200 in Milan, 370 in Florence), Ticketmaster, Fever, Resident Advisor, Eventbrite, Songkick, Auditorium Parco della Musica, Casa del Jazz, MAXXI, Teatro di Roma, Teatro Ghione and others. So when you open the site tonight, the concert you see in the carousel is actually on the program.

For restaurants, venues and museums we use a combination of curated sources (Michelin Guide, Zero, Puntarella Rossa, Romeing) and public Foursquare data. Each entry is verified, geocoded and enriched with average prices, reviews and direct links to book or buy the ticket, when available.

Three budgets, six themes, an evening truly yours

The available budgets are designed to cover real occasions: Easy Night up to 80 euros for an informal evening, a pizza with a cinema, a cocktail bar with after-dinner; Epic Night from 80 euros up for special occasions, gourmet restaurants, guided experiences, more refined venues. Themes range from classic romantic night to first date, from club night to adventure (escape room, laser tag, bowling) to art and culture (museums, exhibitions, theater).

If you do not know what to pick, there is the "Surprise me" button: the algorithm combines themes and budgets randomly and proposes something new. Collaborative mode then lets you share the plan with friends, who can vote activities thumbs up or down and propose alternatives; when a proposal gets two favorable votes, it automatically replaces the original activity for everyone.
